Adonis has continued to support Aura through the conflict with Gwythr. Arthur Famous for: second King of Shaman Bio: The reincarnation of legendary King Arthur, he took over the kingship of Shaman following the reign of Gwythr (who was then in the guise of Mallos). As king and Minister of War, Arthur has been at the forefront of the resistance to Gwythr. This has allowed him to make use of his favorite pastime: hitting things with pointy objects. Aura Famous for: creating Shaman Bio: Original fairy who created Shaman. Considered by many to be the true goddess of fairykind. Aura was murdered by Draco, but was later resurrected by the sacrifice of her familiar, Anneliese. Caspian Famous for: unsolved murder Bio: Draco Famous for: killing Aura Bio: Infamous for the murder of Aura, among other things. A tryst with Gwythr led him to become the first pregnant man of Shaman. Continuing his tradition of sleeping with deities, he later became the wife of Poppy. Freya Famous for: first champion of the Omniety Bio: Winner of Shaman's first Omniety. Freya refrained from entering the conflict between Aura and Gwythr. Grace Famous for: first elected representative of the Core Bio: The first Prime Minister of the Core. Gwythr Famous for: first King and dictator of Shaman Bio: While impersonating fellow original fairy, Mallos, Gwythr wreaked havoc on Shaman during his dictatorship. He fathered the so-called "Mallos/Gwythr generation," in an attempt to create a master race of demigods. Joel Famous for: second champion of the Omniety Bio: Chancellor of the Core and second champion of the Omniety. Joel has been a continual player in the resistance to Gwythr; he was the lover of Twinge while she led the resistance, and has since become one of the most trusted allies of Aura's cause. His hobbies include carpentry, babysitting, and glaring. Lisette Famous for: first leader of the Core Bio: Mallos Famous for: being framed by Gwythr Bio: Mallos' face is better known than his person. For years he was thought to be the persecutor of Shaman; it was later revealed that he was being impersonated by Gwythr, and was in fact a prisoner on Earth. He was rescued from prison by a small band of fairies and brought to Shaman, but a certain stigma directed toward him remains. Mary Baudelaire Famous for: sacrificing herself to bring Aura back to life Bio: Mary Baudelaire willingly died to resurrect Aura following the goddess's murder. She left behind her son, Alexi. Twinge Famous for: leading the resistance against Gwythr Bio: In her first life, she was a warrior mare who died in a typhoon.
