Hello. :) I'm Aspelta, the original founder of Shaman. I'm British and twenty-two years old. I play the majority of the deities when they pop by as well as a few ordinary characters.

I have a strong interest in people and love learning about different cultures, religions, beliefs, etc. One of my favourite things about RPing is interacting with people from all over the world. I also love animals and have my own ever-growing menagerie.

Due to life circumstances I don't have much time to read fiction books at the moment apart from during the summer, which is when I'll take your suggestions for new reads! My favourite things to read are light fantasy, young adult fiction, and historical fiction. I'm a big fan of Eoin Colfer, Rick Riordan and Elizabeth Peters :3

Hey!

I'm Merlin and I play a number of characters. The ones you are most likely to see around being Rhaegar, Arthur, Tristan and Morgana, though there are a lot more. I am from the North East of England and am currently finishing up my masters degree in medieval history at the University of Durham.

As well as history, I also enjoy writing, (obviously), drawing, photography, digital art, comic books, medieval fantasy and historical fiction novels and TV programs such as Merlin, (har-de-har), Doctor Who, Game of Thrones (I am also a HUGE fan of the books), Bones, Supernatural and The Borgias. I am currently working on my own fantasy novel, when I am not posting on Shaman or studying like a crazy person.

I have a number of pets too, a black Labrador called Varro, a tabby cat called Clarence. W., and an albino lion-head rabbit called Ziggy Stardust. I also enjoy horse riding, but, alas, do not have my own horse. I do manage to get to the local stables fairly regularly though.

Anyway! I will not say much more or I will have nothing to talk to anyone about when I meet them in cbox, which would be more than a little awkward. I hope you enjoy your time on Shaman and stick around for a long time to come!

Hi there! I'm Fennic, the newest staff member here at Shaman! I play five characters currently (and am forever fighting the temptation to join even more!); these characters are Birch, Danny, Torram, Rohmarr, and Grimbaud, and I'm always available for posting with anyone and everyone with any of the five (or all of them, just maybe not all at once! ;D).

I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, USA, with my hubby and our two terribly spoiled black cats, Ollie and Simon. By day I am a receptionist at a local property management company (aka boring), by night I am a self-published author working on her second YA novel. I'm always working on something, writing-wise, and am still trying to find my specialization/genre. I hope to one day pursue a career as an editor, but haven't started school yet!

I am obsessed with researching things, no particular topic(s) but if you tell me something I don't understand chances are I'll be looking it up in two seconds! I'm an avid reader and have a particular obsession with romance and fantasy novels. My favorite television shows are Star Trek (Next Generation!), Merlin, Sherlock, Haven, and Eureka!
